-Worked and conceived syllabus to introduce Women Studies at Christian Autonomous Colleges in India, 1994.
-Worked for several NGO Agencies: ASK, Awareness in Stimulating know how towards women & child development, Chetana Vikas in Wardha,
-Deepalaya for child development and worked with juveniles in Agra jails and mental institutions, 1980-1995.
-Established the in-house Vocational Training Centre ‘Swa – Shakti’ for under privileged youth at Springdales.
-Conceived and executed ‘Living is Giving’ community event which synergized various sections of the society including the underprivileged and the disabled.
- Worked at promoting inclusive education at Springdales School.
-Guided various community initiatives at Springdales School including vocational training centers, adult literacy programmes and workshops for the under-privileged youth and women of the slum areas adopted by the school; Dasghara and Todapur.
- Involved in the Adopt a Gran programme- a collaborative venture with the Help-Age India, which was awarded the President’s award in 2003-2004.
-Involved with the integrated education scheme of the school for the economically weaker sections of society.
