Inclusive Education is based on the belief that all children have
the right to be educated together. Springdales respects and celebrates
this diversity and enables students to work with others but independently. |

At Springdales, the programme offers, apart from individualized academic
planning, staff and external assistance and intervention and a school
support system consisting of senior students and peers. The learning
and thinking process of all special students enhances in ways that build
their personalities and skills. |
| The special students are part of the integrated school system. The range
of Special Needs includes Visually Impaired, Hearing Impaired, Dyslexics,
Attention Deficit disorders, Autism etc. Each of these children have
an individualized curriculum which gives them the freedom and flexibility
to perform at their own pace. |
