PRINCIPAL TO PRINCIPAL EXCHANGE
 
Attending a Seminar Felicitating Lord Mayor of Schwaebish Hall
Our Principal was invited to the second phase of the Indo-German Principal, Teacher and student exchange in collaboration with the MaxMuller Bhavan and UNESCO. During her visit to Germany she took over as a Principal for ten working days from April 30 to May 11, 2007 of an International high school to understand the similarities and differences with in the two educational systems. She taught English and aspects of Peace Education, which she is closely involved with.

Her itinerary, included visits to various types of schools and higher educational institutes, an official reception at the Ministry of Education and meetings with other representatives of the German government. A symposium on intercultural learning was organised where she was the Keynote speaker.

   
DELHI SCHOOLS LITERACY PROJECT
 
In the Delhi school Literacy project week our school students participated actively. The performance ‘Lapata Bachpan’ of our children was highly appreciated at the Annual Certificate & Award Ceremony of the Delhi Schools Literacy Project held at Dhaula Kuan. Deeepak Singh of class VII was awarded the Baldev Bhatia Scholarship for the year 2007.
   
UNESCO EXCHANGE TO THAILAND
 
At the Grand Palace, Bangkok Prepared for River Rafting Nakornayok Province
Under the UNESCO initiative to Thailand, a team of 12 students along with Mrs. Bela Diwan visited Thailand from 11th to 17th May 2007. The students were hosted by the families of the Tepleela School, Bangkok. It provided them with a first hand experience about Thai lifestyle and culture. Apart from visitng the Pattaya beach, the Grand Palace, the highlight was a visit to the Nakornayok Province. The Thai students will be visiting us in October 2007.
